Job Title: Bell Component Overhaul Mechanic

Position: Full-Time Bell Component Overhaul Mechanic

Salary: $66,560–$105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Role Summary:
The Bell Component Overhaul Mechanic will be responsible for performing teardown, inspection, repair, modification, testing, and reassembly of helicopter components, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance procedures, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform component teardown, cleaning, inspections, repairs, modifications, testing, and reassembly to the highest standards.
  • Maintain traceability of parts and consumables in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer instructions.
  • Conduct records research to ensure compliance with FAA Airworthiness Directives, Manufacturer Service Bulletins, and technical data.
  • Demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship in all tasks, meeting or exceeding aircraft workmanship standards.
  • Use and maintain shop equipment, tools, and publications to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to prioritize and organize a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide and maintain a full set of personal tools appropriate for the position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with 206, 407, 205, 212, and 412 Bell component overhauls (strongly preferred).
  • Bell Factory Component Overhaul training (a plus).
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to manage technical records.
  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and sound judgment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.

Additional Requirements:
Employment is contingent upon passing and participating in mandatory FAA/DOT alcohol and drug screening and testing programs.
