Our 83,000 SQ FT facility in beautiful Fillmore, Ventura County, CA, is an FAA & EASA Part 145 certified repair station. We are authorized as a service center and parts distributor for major helicopter OEMs, including Airbus Helicopters, Bell, Enstrom Helicopter, Leonardo Helicopter, MD Helicopters, Robinson Helicopter, Rolls Royce Helicopter Engines, Safran Helicopter Engines, Schweizer, and Sikorsky Aircraft.

Located on a 10-acre private heliport, our facility is nestled along the scenic Topatopa mountain range. Fillmore boasts a charming historic downtown with various shops and dining options, including a winery, a newly opened local brewery, and a quality BBQ spot. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Quality Manager for the Repair Station will provide expertise in Quality Assurance to meet FAA Part 145 and EASA requirements. This role involves establishing effective processes to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for the repair station. Additionally, the Quality Manager will ensure the organization is prepared for regulatory, vendor and customer audits.

Rotorcraft Support, Inc. is seeking an experienced Avionics Technician/Installer to join our team. This individual will help repair and maintain components used for helicopter navigation and radio communications, traffic avoidance systems, data link, weather radar systems, and other instruments and computers that control flight, engine, and other primary functions. Additional licenses are preferred, such as a radiotelephone license issued by the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC). An A&P certificate is a plus, but is not required.

He or she must be able to read, understand, apply blueprints, and basic sheet metal repair criteria. They should be proficient at working with or without established blueprints to drill, bending of metals, riveting, dimple, file, grind, trim, countersink, install aircraft structural assemblies, and subassemblies.
