Job Title: Helicopter A&P Mechanics

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced, factory-trained Helicopter A&P Mechanics to join our team in Fillmore, California.
Compensation:
$62,400 – $104,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections in compliance with FAR Part 145.
- Conduct electrical and mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Execute sheet metal and composite repairs and fabrications.
- Overhaul or repair major components.
- Approve aircraft for return to service following maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- FAA A&P license with IA or ability to obtain IA within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience with Bell, Airbus, Enstrom, Leonardo, MD, Robinson, Rolls Royce, Safran Engines, Schweizer, or Sikorsky helicopters.
- Must own a full set of mechanic tools.
- Strong technical, mechanical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and technical documentation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately and on time.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with turbine-powered helicopters, including:
- Airbus: EC120/H120, AS350/H125, EC130/H130, and others.
- Bell: 205, 206, 407, 412, and more.
- Leonardo: A109/All, AW169, etc.
- MD Helicopters: 500, 600, 900 Series.
- Robinson: R22, R44, R66.
- Rolls Royce: RR250 & RR300 engines.
- Sikorsky: S-76.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and avionics systems.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal and composite fabrication.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
