Position
We are seeking an experienced Helicopter Hydraulic Technician to join our team in Fillmore, California.

Salary
$50,000 – $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Role Summary
Responsible for the inspection, repair, and overhaul of hydraulic components, including pumps, actuators, servos, valves, and landing gear systems, in compliance with FAA, OEM, and RSI SMS Program quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform teardown, cleaning, inspection, repair, modification, testing, and reassembly of hydraulic systems and components.
  • Maintain traceability of parts and consumables in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer instructions.
  • Research and document compliance with FAA Airworthiness Directives, Manufacturer Service Bulletins, and technical data.
  • Demonstrate high-level craftsmanship that meets or exceeds aircraft workmanship standards.
  • Use and maintain shop equipment, tools, and publications to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, OEMs, and fellow technicians to resolve technical issues and prioritize workloads.
  • Accurately document all work in compliance with FAA, OEM, and RSI requirements.

Additional Requirements

  • Provide and maintain a full set of personal tools appropriate for the position.
  • Employment is contingent upon participation in FAA/DOT drug and alcohol testing programs.
